Well I have an archer and I was thinking about Making CoV Decrease Penalnty but when i saw the success rate was 58% :/ can you do something about that?

It's a lvl 76+ skill, all of them have lower enchant rates.

after +12, the succes chance decreases a lot, only for lv 76+ skill, since their max is +15
